WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR FIRST
APPOINTMENT:
Your initial appointment will be approximately one hour. You will meet with an attorney to discuss your legal matter. At your appointment, you will be given an individual quote for your legal matter. The firm charges for legal services by the hour and by flat fees, depending on the type of legal assistance required. For contested matters, there is a consultation fee of $150.00 which will be applied to a retainer if the firm legal services are engaged by the client

Your are welcome to bring whomever you wish to your appointment. It is encouraged that you make other arrangements for children during your appointment so that you may fully concentrate on your legal matter at hand and maximize your time with the attorney. However, the firm has a playroom onsite available if you need to bring children with you.

CAN I MAKE AN EVENING/WEEKEND
APPOINTMENT?
The firm is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. However, recognizing that work schedules may not permit you to make an appointment during regular hours, you can call to set up a weekend appointment.
